The 3R’s model (reviewing, remodelling, reinventing), published in iESE’s white paper ‘Surviving to Thriving’ provides a single, sector-led framework for councils to assess their transformation journey both in terms of what they are achieving and what the future options are.  Aylesbury Vale District Council won the iESE Council of the Year 2015 for its application of a new business model for local government and for the pioneering work in transforming the council, not least for its ground breaking work in the use of Cloud systems.

As iESEs Council of the Year 2015, we will be showcasing how we have achieved over £11million worth of savings and efficiencies and how we are continuing to be at the forefront of the public sector community when it comes to using technology to improve efficiency and cut costs, how we are restructuring our business to suit our customers needs and change our culture. Learn how we have commercialised our offering and constantly seeking to improve the services offered to our residents and business.

This conference is aimed at local authorities and public sector bodies, struggling to cope with the pressures ahead of them in times of cost cutting and efficiency creation.  It will allow you to see what the 3R’s journey means in reality, to hear what it has taken to deliver the Aylesbury transformation, to hear what the benefits could be to you and to meet the people who have made this groundbreaking approach possible.

Come along to touch, feel and breathe the transformation we have gone through and continue to live through. Register now for your free place
