WELSH GOVERNMENT CARBON EMISSIONS FALL BY 18 PER CENT

New figures published show that the Welsh Government cut its carbon emissions last year by 18 per cent. The figures, in the UK Government’s Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme Performance League Table, place the Welsh Government in the top three of all UK Government departments and devolved administrations.
